Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. For annual memberships, we offer a prorated refund for unused service periods. Monthly memberships can be canceled with 30 days' notice.
As a member, you'll receive reminders when it's time for your seasonal inspections. Simply call our office or use our online scheduling system to book a convenient appointment time.
Service Plan members receive priority scheduling for all service calls, including emergency service. You'll also benefit from the discounted service fee and 15% discount on any necessary repairs.
